
It’s been while since I last made myself a nice healthy smoothie! & especially with this cold weather having a smoothie is the last thing in my mind!
However my graduation is in 2 weeks and I’ve been eating too much rubbish lately, which is why I’ve decided to do a cleanse the next few days to a week! 🙂
This won’t be anything extreme, I would personally love to do a week of only smoothies and lose 5kgs in a week but nah I Iove my food too much!
Anyways here is what I had first thing today…

What you will need:
- Frozen berries
- 2 handful of spinach
- Orange juice
- Linseeds
- 1 banana
Blend all in the blender and enjoy 🙂
