Today I am sharing with you this yummy easy vegan protein bars recipe and I hope you like it.


What you will need:

  • 65g Mixed almonds and pecans
  • 175g Pitted dates – soak them in water if needed
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnomon
  • 3 Tablespoons Hemp protein
  • 2 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 65g but butter (I used my nut free peanut butter)


  • First process you nuts until broken down
  • Add the rest of the ingredients into the processor – if too dry add some water
  • Remove and press down into a tin with wax paper
  • Freeze for 1 hour
  • Cut into slices or bars whatever suits you 🙂

** I wanted some vegan protein and hemp protein was the most cleanest protein powder I found, now gluten, no animal protein, no soya, no dairy however it is no the tastiest and therefore decided to cook with instead! 🙂
