Simple easy satisfying snack which will keep you healthy, full & energetic 🙂

This is one of my sweet, guilt free snack which I hope you will love

Chocolate Chia Pudding
Chocolate Chia Pudding

What you will need:

Base

  • 3 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Rice syrup (or other syrup or honey)
  • Vanilla extract

Topping:

  • Yogurt
  • Syrup
  • Pecans (or other nut)

Instructions:

  • For you base you want it prepare in advance – overnight or just 2 hours earlier will do – this is because when making chai pudding the chia seeds expand over time
  • So for you base you want to mix the cocoa, chia seeds, milk, syrup and vanilla extract in a small bowl
  • Leave this to sit for 2hours up to overnight
  • When the pudding is sit add your toppings: yogurt, pecans & some syrup 🙂
  • Enjoy !
