Simple easy satisfying snack which will keep you healthy, full & energetic ๐
This is one of my sweet, guilt free snack which I hope you will love
What you will need:
Base
- 3 tablespoons Chia seeds
- Milk
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Rice syrup (or other syrup or honey)
- Vanilla extract
Topping:
- Yogurt
- Syrup
- Pecans (or other nut)
Instructions:
- For you base you want it prepare in advance โ overnight or just 2 hours earlier will do โ this is because when making chai pudding the chia seeds expand over time
- So for you base you want to mix the cocoa, chia seeds, milk, syrup and vanilla extract in a small bowl
- Leave this to sit for 2hours up to overnight
- When the pudding is sit add your toppings: yogurt, pecans & some syrupย ๐
