Since it feels like ages since I blogged I am posting a 2nd post in one week! This time I am sharing with you this 3 ingredients raw brownie!

I know I know I really need to chill with desserts and give you some real food recipes, but I couldn’t help it! I usually experiment with desserts and not main meals but don’t worry something I am working on right now…

Plus I like to have something sweet after my meals but I want it guilt free and 100% natural…. I like to be in control of what I eat and what better way than to do so by making your own desserts 😉

Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy this, if you love dates, you will love this! And if you’re like me you will love this recipe because I am all about making simple easy recipes, which are affordable, guilt free, yummy and 100% natural and healthy! To me that means I limit my dairy products, not use tons of processed ingredients like sugar, flour, butter and often vegan and gluten free friendly! 🙂

And come on, who doesn’t like a 3 ingredient recipe 😉 these are vegan, gluten free, grain free, sugar free and 100% yummy!!

What you will need:

  • 200g pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 200g Almonds


  • Crush you almonds in the food processor – mix until they are nice small chunks, you don’t want to overdo it and make almond flour instead!
  • Add you dates and cocoa and mix (if you’re dates are dry like mine you can soak them in boiling water for 5 mins before placing them in the food processor
  • Place the mixture in a baking tray and freeze for an hour before cutting them into slices – you can also make energy bites out of these or eat them right away! 🙂
