Hey everyone! Today I am sharing another quick simple raw recipe which is gluten-free, nuts free and vegan friendly! 🙂
You will need:
- 130Â grams (1.5 cups) of oats
- 1 zucchini – grated
- 20Â pitted dates
- 1.5 Tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 1Â Tablespoon Maple syrup or agave or any other sweetener of your choice
& for rolling your balls:
- cacao powder
- desiccated coconut
Instructions:
- Start by grating you zucchini & set it aside
- place you oats in a food processor and blend till they become oat flour
- squeeze the water out of your grated zucchini (by hand) and place with all the other ingredients in the food processor
- blend till combined properly
- now form balls using you mixture and you can either leave them plain or roll them into the cacao powder or the desiccated coconut or both! 🙂
- refrigerate for 30mins to set and enjoy!
