Hey everyone! Today I am sharing another quick simple raw recipe which is gluten-free, nuts free and vegan friendly! 🙂


You will need:

  • 130 grams (1.5 cups) of oats
  • 1 zucchini – grated
  • 20 pitted dates
  • 1.5 Tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple syrup or agave or any other sweetener of your choice

& for rolling your balls:

  • cacao powder
  • desiccated coconut



  • Start by grating you zucchini & set it aside
  • place you oats in a food processor and blend till they become oat flour
  • squeeze the water out of your grated zucchini (by hand) and place with all the other ingredients in the food processor
  • blend till combined properly
  • now form balls using you mixture and you can either leave them plain or roll them into the cacao powder or the desiccated coconut or both! 🙂
  • refrigerate for 30mins to set and enjoy!
