I am sooo excited to share with you this amazing easy 6 ingredients VEGAN banana CHEESECAKE!!!!

This recipe is  gluten free, refined sugar free, grain free, vegan, & super simple & easy to make!!! & sooo yummy of course 🙂

What you will need:

  • 40g pecans
  • 60g Almonds
  • 10 pitted dates
  • 45g Ground Almond
  • 100g creamed coconut
  • 3 Ripe bananas

What you need to do:

  • Soak your dates for 10mins in hot water
  • Using a food processor you need to mix the almonds & pecans until chopped into tiny pieces but not too fine (i.e flour!)
  • Drain the dates & add it to the food processor with the ground almonds & mix until all ingredients are well combined
  • ** This mixture is your crust – so press the mixture firmly into bottom of springform & place in the freezer while preparing the top layer 😉
  • For your top layer you need to place your creamed cocount into a bowl & add boiling water until dissolved
  • slice your bananas & place into the food processor with the creamed coconut & mix well but make sure it still thick & creamy & not watery! if you need more bananas add some 🙂
  • Now add this mixture on top of your crust & freeze until set! 1-2 hours will do 🙂

  1. At first I was like, what?! When I saw vegan and cheesecake on the same line of this recipe. I just had to look twice. I would have to admit that as a dessert lover, you had me fooled, Arwa. But upon reading the recipe, I realized that it does resemble a cheesecake, not what I expected but what I had hoped for. A healthy alternative to the tasty dessert almost everyone loves. Thank you for sharing a wonderful recipe, now I’m pretty sure my mom would delight me in making this one of these days!
