Hey guys today I am sharing this simple 5 ingredients banana cake recipe 🙂

These are soo delicious, simple, vegan friendly, gluten free, refined sugar free! 🙂

What you will need:

  • 2 cups flour (any will do, coconut or regular flour – I used GF flour)
  • 4 Ripe bananas
  • Chocolate chips (I used vegan dark chocolate) amount is up to you 🙂
  • 1/2 cup seed or/and nut butter or tahini (I used some tahini & nut free pbutter)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder

What you need to do:

  • Preheat your oven and line a baking dish with baking paper and set aside.
  • Mash you bananas & add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl except for the chocolate chips! & Mix until all ingredients are well combined
  • Add your chocolate chips and pulse
  • Place the mixture into the baking dish and add more chocolate chips on top top if you ant and press down (so it doesn’t burn!)
  • Bake for 25mins or until its ready
  • Take out and let it sit for few minutes before you cut into square slices

& here you have it, simple and so yummy!
